Gathers Mooncraft Accord JTCC 1997 [Ebbro 45135]

Ebbro 1/43 scale Honda Accord built by Team Mooncraft and sponsored by Gathers for the 1997 Japanese Touring Car Championship.

The Ebbro model that first lead me down the rabbit hole of collecting these wonderful cars. There are five total Accords from JTCC that Ebbro made scale versions of which were the JACCS Accord, the two Castrol Mugen cars, the monotone PIAA Accord, and this one, prepped by Mooncraft in the '90s.

These Accords are INCREDIBLY difficult to come by. They are however, much newer than say, the NSXs or Supras from the Ebbro line-up. When found they're typically in like-new condition or never been opened-up. The beauty of these Accords becoming available so late into the company's existence is that they're also some of the most-detailed.

All 5 of the Accords are pretty rare and highly sought after.
